Curious whether this came up in your conversation with Sachin. He makes the point that you can't just build a dedicated factory around one product and commit to running it for 10–20 years, which is why the partner network makes sense. But how does Scimplify make sure capacity is actually there when it needs it?
Are partner factories exclusive in any way, or do they keep running their own business and give Scimplify only their spare capacity? And if it's the latter, what happens when the market tightens and the factory's own customers come back: volume commitments, some kind of reservation, or mainly the breadth of the relationship?
Amazing stuff - thanks for writing
Appreciate it Aman!
Ok that was a great read and all but when is Datacentrefeathers launching?
